These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MediaConsole platform, provided by 7 Figures OÜ, including both the setup platform and any white-label versions made available to you. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

MediaConsole is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing digital marketing and SEO services. Access is provided through:

• The main setup platform at https://mediaconsole.io

• A unique, client-specific white-label platform URL assigned to each customer
  
  

Access to and use of these platforms is subject to these Terms.

3. Licensing and Branding

Clients may customize their white-label platform with their own branding (logo, color scheme, company name). However, this does not imply ownership of the platform or underlying technology. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as long as you remain a paying customer in good standing.

All intellectual property rights in the MediaConsole platform remain the sole property of 7 Figures OÜ.

4. Pricing and Billing

Pricing for MediaConsole services is listed on our website or provided during the onboarding process. Pricing is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance and will have the option to opt out or terminate their service if they do not agree to the new pricing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of using the MediaConsole platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Client account data

• Setup configurations

• SEO strategies or campaign data

• Internal communications
  
  

We will not use or disclose any confidential information for any purpose other than to fulfill our obligations under these Terms.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To summarize:

• We do not share any data you provide through the MediaConsole setup platform or your white-label platform.

• We implement strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

• You retain full ownership of your data; we process it only as necessary to provide our services.
  
  

7. Service Availability

We aim to ensure the continuous availability and functionality of the MediaConsole platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to access and use the platform is revoked.

• Access to your white-label platform will be discontinued.

• We will delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7 Figures OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the MediaConsole platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
